This blog is an aggregation of things I find interesting.
I am not an authority on anything.
I am not an expert in anything.
Nor do I guarantee that anything you may

I do have a U.S. Birth certificate, and the
U.S.Constitution that affords me freedom
of speech. I am assembling this blog for
my grandchildren to know how their
Grandma viewed the world.
They are tiny now, and, and the Good Lord
willing, they will be grown before having to
look here for Grandma. I just don't think
my work here is done. The Lord has saved
me from many life threatening situations,
so I abide in the belief that my time has
not yet come.
I am a patriot and I love America!
I hope to be long gone before America falls
into the Abyss. My hope is the OathKeepers,
the Patriots and True Americans will save
her from that fate. God Bless and save us!

Cassandra Complex
The Cassandra metaphor (variously
labelled the Cassandra 'syndrome',
'complex', 'phenomenon', 'predicament',
'dilemma', or 'curse') occurs when valid
warnings or concerns are dismissed or
disbelieved.
The term originates in Greek mythology.
Cassandra was a daughter of Priam,
the King of Troy. Struck by her beauty,
Apollo provided her with the gift of
prophecy, but when Cassandra refused
Apollo's romantic advances, he placed
a curse ensuring that nobody would
believe her warnings. Cassandra was left
with the knowledge of future events, but
could neither alter these events nor
convince others of the validity of her
predictions.

DAILY MAIL UK: ‘Universal’ cancer jab: Vaccine that stops all tumors intheir tracks could be here in two years By Fiona Macrae Last updated at 1:14 AM on 15th April 2011 A 'universal' vaccine that could revolutionise the treatment of cancer could be available in just two years. The TeloVac jab is part of a new generation of drugs that use the body’s own defences to fight the disease, stopping tumours in their tracks. TeloVac has already been given to hundreds of Britons with pancreatic cancer, one of the deadliest forms of the disease. But it is hoped it will be effective against many other tumours, including those of the skin, lung and liver. Breast and prostate cancers may also be within its grasp. Together, the six forms of the disease claim more 70,000 lives a year in the UK. In the case of pancreatic cancer, which killed actor Patrick Swayze, survival rates have barely improved in the past 40 years, and patients typically die within six months of diagnosis. Just 3 per cent survive five years, and it is the fifth biggest cancer killer in the UK. Although vaccines usually prevent disease, the TeloVac jab is designed as a treatment.
