Ninety five Central Americans, mostly from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, were detained in the southern states of Oaxaca and Tabasco during sweeps by federal police in the last 24 hours, Mexico's migration institute said in a statement. Seven of the Central Americans were children, the institute said. Another 120 Central Americans were detained in Oaxaca earlier this month. The migration institute said on April 3 it deported 66 Honduran children, most of whom were traveling with people who had been paid to take them across Mexico to the United States. In September 2010, it was discovered that Mexico was building a wall in the state of Chiapas, along the Mexican/Guatemalan border. The official reason given, was to stop contraband from coming into Mexico, but as the Mexican Superintendency of Tax Administration, Raul Diaz, admitted: "It could also prevent the free passage of illegal immigrants." Just as Mexican authorities have opposed the construction of a fence by the U.S., along our border with their country, Mexico is now receiving a great deal of criticism from the Guatemalan government. The same government of Mexico whose representatives never pass-up an opportunity to criticize Americans who simply want our border defended and our nation free from foreign criminals, has proven to be full of hypocrites and liars.

Additionally, Obama failed to submit the Appellee’s brief in Taitz v Obama, Feinstein, Emken. This is an appeal, which was reinstated by the Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Kathleen O’Leary. Appellant Taitz filed her Appellant’s brief. Appellees failed to file an Appellees’ brief. They were given additional 15 days and they failed again. Attorney Taitz submitted a notice of failure by Appellees to file an Appellee’s brief and provided the court with this additional information, as part of the appeal revolves around the decision by the Superior Court judge Charles Marginis to rule in favor of the Occidental college and deny a motion to compel production of a redacted college registration for Obama in light of over a 100 pages of records showing Obama to be a citizen of Indonesia using forged and fraudulently obtained IDs.

DHS RACIST Employee Ayo Kimathi "the Irritated Genie" Wants White People Killed




A Department of Homeland Security employee who works on, among other things, the procurement of guns and ammunition for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, spends his nights and weekends preparing for a coming race war and advocating for anti-gay causes, according to a new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center. Meet Ayo Kimathi, a.k.a. "the Irritated Genie," who told his bosses at the DHS that his anti-white, anti-gay site, "War is on the Horizon," was just an entertainment site that sells concert and lecture videos. You see, DHS employees, even those with office jobs like Kimathi's, have to get outside activities approved by their supervisors, according to the SPLC. Kimathi's former supervisor told the watchdog group, which tracks hate speech and groups in the U.S., that despite her former employee's banal description of his extracurricular activities, the actual content of the site left her "stunned." She continued: "To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me." She added that had Kimathi's site been accurately described to the agency, there's no way the DHS would have signed off on it. Possibly to keep his bosses from looking up his work, Kimathi used only the site's acronym, WOH, in his permission request. In addition to his involvement in the purchase of ICE supplies, Kimathi also had a public profile for the agency, speaking at vendor events. As "Irritated Genie," Kimathi also has a public profile as a black supremacist advocate.
The content of Kimathi's advocacy demands some clarification. In some (white, conservative) circles, the term "black supremacist" is applied with a very wide brush. Black supremacy was the implication of Maine Governor Paul LePage's reported comments that President Obama "hates white people," for instance. Kimathi's site is not in this vein of this imagined threat — on the contrary, War on the Horizon calls Obama a "a treasonous mulatto scum dweller," and lists him among the movement's enemies (also on the list? Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, and Condoleezza Rice, among others) Instead, the DHS employee advocates for: The mass murder of white people. His site says, "warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites -- more than our christian hearts can possibly count." A conspiracy theory arguing that white people are trying to "homosexualize" black men in order to make them more effeminate and therefore weaker. As part of this, Kimathi, praises a series of laws in some African countries that criminalize LGBT behavior and people. Kimathi also advocates for the supremacy of black men above black women — he offers tips on his site, for instance, "to help every Black woman in the world understand what she needs to do to keep a strong Black man happy."
Conservatives don't tend to be fans of the Southern Poverty Law Center: this is the same group that labeled The American Family Association and pretty much the entire anti-Islam movement as hate groups. But their report seems primed to stoke the fires of a set of American conservatives who already believe the DHS is hoarding ammunition (contrary to the evidence), either to build a secret army, or to prevent gun owners from accessing it. Update: ICE's Deputy Press Secretary Gillian Christensen responded in a statement to this story: ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone. Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken.
Christensen declined to comment, as a matter of ICE policy, on whether the agency was currently investigating Kimathi or not.

Weary of defending in court the Constitutional eligibility of their man at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the Democrat Party has finally admitted Barack Obama is not qualified to be president of the United States– and that it doesn’t matter. According to a motion filed by Party attorneys in a Tennessee eligibility lawsuit, “Defendants [the Tennessee Democrat Party and the Democrat National Committee] assert that the Tennessee Democrat Party has the right to nominate whoever it chooses to run as a candidate, including someone who is not qualified for the office.” In numerous previous lawsuits questioning the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, Democrats have maintained that voters, not the Constitution, should be the final arbiters of presidential eligibility. Though a disgraceful assertion on its face, such mindless rambling was about all that desperate Democrat attorneys had in their arsenals, apart from the perpetually employed “plaintiffs lack standing” defense. But now, the cat is out of the bag, and the true sentiments of Democrat Party officials have finally been aired. It seems that, according to the left, as long as the acting president has the requisite contempt for the United States, is willing to work tirelessly to destroy the national economy, and will ignore both the rule of law and his Constitutional duty to enforce it, he is eminently qualified to hold the country’s top job. In February, Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi ignored Supreme Court precedent, made a shambles of case law, and distorted the rulings of other courts in a pathetically obvious mission to find Barack Obama eligible for the Georgia presidential ballot. Although the first judge to decide an Obama eligibility case on the merits, his contempt for an honest judicial process certainly did nothing to mend the rapidly deteriorating reputation of the American legal system. On Wednesday, United States District Judge S. Thomas Anderson joined a long list of robed colleagues, ruling that plaintiffs in the Tennessee case “lacked standing” to point out Obama’s Constitutional ineligibility for the presidency. That is, plaintiffs could not claim sufficient personal harm should the Manchurian Candidate remain in or be re-elected to the White House. Strange how the law works. After 3 ½ years of cynical disregard for the borders, language, and culture of the United States, one would think that some 240 million people have suffered “sufficient personal harm” to claim legal standing for a crack at His Royal Highness in a court of law! There are only 30 million illegals currently residing in the United States, and those the Attorney General refers to as “his people” might actually lack legal standing in the eyes of an honest arbiter. At any rate, Democrats have finally admitted what the rest of us have known for quite some time. Barack Obama is NOT qualified to hold the job won for him by the national media in 2008. But it seems only the voters will have the authority to reclaim it from him. God willing, the vast majority who exercise that authority in November will be both American and alive.

RED RUM!

As a 9 year old child, on Thanksgiving break, home watching live television,
as the President's motorcade rounded the turn in Dealey Plaza, I watched as
John F. Kennedy, was assassinated at 12:30 p.m. CST on Friday, November
22, 1963.Two days later, once again on television, as he was surrounded by law
enforcement officers, on live tv, Lee Harvey Oswald (1963 November 24),
suspected assassin of J.F.K., was killed by Jack Ruby. As an 11 year old, I
saw on the news that Malcolm X (February 21, 1965), black Muslim leader,
was killed in a Manhattan banquet room as he began a speech. As a 14 year
old, I listened to the news tell that Martin Luther King was assassinated on
April 4, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee. Two months later, while I was
babysitting, I watched the coverage of the DNC event and as he was exiting

through the kitchen, the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy, a United States
Senator and brother of assassinated President J.F.K., took place shortly after
midnight on June 5, 1968, in Los Angeles, California.
This year, shortly after the passing of NDAA, 43 yr old
Andrew Breitbart claimed at the CPAC convention that there was to be
startling evidence put forth, by him, on March 1, 2012.
"Wait till they see what happens on March 1st"
Shortly after midnight on March 1, 2012, he mysteriously has a
"heart failure-natural causes" death while walking to his
home. Then 7 weeks later, at 10:00 p.m. Friday April 20, 2012, in a late
night document dump, after "extensive toxicological tests" the medical
examiner states his death was:
"heart failure-natural causes"
The coroner that was supposed to have released 'his' findings was poisoned
and another released the information "they" wanted released!
I will never believe it was natural causes. What caused the failure???
They had the technology in 1975, what do they have now, I wonder?

Judge Kithil Highlights Most Atrocious Sections of Health Care Reform Bill

Judge Kithil wrote: "I have reviewed selected sections of the bill, and find it unbelievable that our Congress,
led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, could come up with a bill loaded with so many wrong-
headed elements." "Both Republicans and Democrats are equally responsible for the
financial mess of both Social Security and Medicare programs."
"I am opposed to HB 3200 for a number of reasons. To start with, it is estimated that
a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to
administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already
too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let's put them to
work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law
enforcement/firefighters out there."
"Other problems I have with this bill include:"

** Page 50/section 152:
The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S.
residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59:
The government will have real-time access to an individual's 
bank account and will have the authority to make
electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government)
for all union members, union retirees and for community
organizations (such as the Association of Community
Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).**

**Page 203/line 14-15:
The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.
(How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same
regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272.
section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317
and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however,
communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government
mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be
required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death
counseling.)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can
write an end-of-life order. HAD ENOUGH????
Judge Kithil then goes on:
"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress.
Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a
well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social
Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially
sound for their future."
